Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide (except Hawaii and Alaska) utilizing a variety of different logistics companies, and other private carriers. Our shipping rates are as follows and are broken down by Time Zone:

Pacific TIme $150
Mountain Time $200
Central Time $225
Eastern Time $250

As soon as your new G-BIKE is shipped we will notify you via email of the approximate date of delivery. Processing time on most orders is 1-2 business days, and delivery time on the west coast is 1-2 business days, throughout the mid-west is 2-3 business days, and to the East coast 3-5 business days. The logistics companies do not deliver on weekends. The Logistics provider will then call you on the day of the delivery a few hours before he'll be in your area to schedule a convenient time for you to receive your bike.

Bikes can also be picked up at our downtown Los Angeles warehouse free of charge.
